PROJECT 99 ~ PINWHEEL TUTORIAL

Hello Crafters.  I received some request about how I made the Pinwheels for my Primary Class last week.  They were so very easy to make.

    I think these are so stinkin cute, I am making mini ones for Easter and a couple for my front flower bed!! BIG begonias, with a pair of solar lights that have a frog and a ladybug on the top of them...LOVE that QVC ...lol
