2013~LOOK WHAT'S GROWING SERIES ~SPINACH!!

I'm starting my 
2013 - "LOOK WHAT'S GROWING SERIES"

Look what I have left over from last years garden.  
SPINACH!  
(My very first winter garden)

I cut some for a yummy spinach salad yesterday and it was so yummy!  
I can't believe it lasted all winter!






It's so nice to have fresh homegrown salad so early in the season!

    Wow! That's great that they lasted over winter. Nothing tastes better than home grown. Maybe is all our own added sweat :-)

    This was the first year I've overwintered spinach as well, and it's the best spinach has EVER done for me! Keep enjoying those delicious salads! Before you know it, it'll be summer!
