I'd like to share this fun experiment I'm trying.
I decided to growing my vegetables and salad greens
into the winter months!

I am still having green yummy salads even after Thanksgiving!!
Check it out!
1) Radishes
2) European Mesclun Mix
3) Mustard (these are soooo good and spicy)
4) Spinach
5) Swiss Chard
6) Radishes
7) Scallions
Yummmmm!!!!
This is so exciting!
Is there anyone out there growing veggies in these cold winter months?
